Where possible please give at least 24 hours notice via text or phone call if you wish to cancel or reschedule a session. If less than 24 hours notice is given, depending on the circumstances, a fee may be incurred/a session is used up. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT! Disclaimer: Since I am not in a room with you, I cannot watch to see how you are doing poses and movements in the same way that I can in person. Therefore, it is very important that you do what you feel is safe and right for your body. What I teach will be safe, but you know your own body better than anyone, so please adjust accordingly.
